A tactical stretcher in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Firma49 is a diorama accessory for medical and rescue scenes, not a model in its own right.

This is a diorama accessory, not a model of a machine. Tactical stretchers belong to the equipment of medical and rescue teams: they fold into a small bundle, can be carried or dragged, and are used where a stretcher with a rigid frame cannot go. In 1:48 scale it is a small thing that immediately explains what is going on in a scene.
The obvious options are a scene with a casualty being moved away from an aircraft or a vehicle, a field dressing station, loading into a helicopter, or simply equipment left beside an ambulance. The stretcher also works as a guide for the eye - a couple of figures around it create the action you would otherwise have to explain with a caption. The brand also makes them in 1:35 and 1:72, so a scene can be matched across scales.
Wash the part first and clear it of the remains of printing, and reach for cyanoacrylate glue. A primer is compulsory on resin, otherwise the shade will rub off. The textile parts look good with a matte finish and light drybrushing, while the metal handles take a slight sheen. A used stretcher comes alive with muted soiling in pigment, while one freshly issued is best left clean.
