Eduard 1:48 Ventura Mk.II seatbelts STEEL are steel colored photo-etched safety belts for the model of the Lockheed Ventura Mk.II aircraft. It is a detail accessory for a cockpit, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A colored photo-etched set of safety belts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, in the STEEL rendering, that is from thin steel sheet, intended for the model of the American Lockheed Ventura Mk.II aircraft in 1:48 scale. The steel belts are pre-printed, have a faithful structure as well as buckles and thanks to the yielding material they hold their shape even after repeated bending. It is not a model of an airplane but a detail accessory for a cockpit; the base kit has to be bought separately.
The Lockheed Ventura was a twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War derived from a transport type and used as a bomber and a patrol machine. In the Mk.II version it served, among other places, in the colors of the British Commonwealth. A cockpit with several seats offers enough room where steel belts give the scene a realistic look.
Let the steel belts drape over the seat naturally and form them with your fingers or with tweezers; the material keeps its shape. They are glued with a small drop of super glue. The colored rendering is not painted over, it is only fixed with a matte varnish as needed.
The accessory is supplied separately. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
