WWI Instruments 1:48 is an Eduard photo-etched set with instrument dials and detail for the cockpits of First World War aircraft. It is an accessory, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds photo-etched instrument dials and small details of the instrument panel from Eduard in 1:48 scale. It is a modeling accessory for sharpening a cockpit, not an airplane kit. The dials are pre-printed with faithful instrument graphics, so they give the panel legible and realistic detail.
They replace simplified or blank instrument panels in plastic interiors. The subjects are aircraft of the First World War period, whose cockpits were fitted with simple but strongly shaped instruments. The set is laid out as a universal collection of period dials and details.
Separate the dials with a sharp knife and glue them onto the instrument panel with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For the effect of instrument glass use a drop of clear varnish or gloss resin. Fine parts are easily lost, so work over a tray.
The accessory is supplied unfitted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
