Tamiya 1:48 WWII German Infantry Set is an injection-molded set of plastic figures of German infantry from the beginning of the Second World War, suitable for dioramas as well as a crew for models of armored hardware.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of figures in 1:48 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Tamiya. It contains fifteen figures: ten members of the German infantry in poses running and firing, and five tank crewmen who will serve as a crew for models of armored hardware. A separate sprue with weapons and gear is included. The figures are intended to be assembled and painted.
The figures capture German infantry from the early period of the Second World War. The set of roles includes NCOs, riflemen, machine gunners and loaders; the tank crewmen correspond to the crews of early German tanks. The uniforms and the gear correspond to the end of the nineteen-thirties and the beginning of the nineteen-forties.
Separate the small parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Apply a primer before painting; the skin and the uniforms come out well with an airbrush finished off with a brush. A dark wash will accentuate the shadows in the folds of the clothing.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
