The exact make-up of the package is stated by the manufacturer on the packaging and in the enclosed instructions. The set does not make up a model on its own — the base kit has to be had.
The Zlin Z-126 Trener is a two-seat single-engine trainer aircraft with fixed landing gear and a cockpit arranged in tandem. It follows on from the postwar line of Zlin training machines and in the Czechoslovak setting it was among the basic types for pilot training and for flying-club use. The most visible things on it are the cockpit, the engine section and the landing gear, that is precisely the places the accessory sets usually aim at.
Wash the accessory parts of resin and of 3D printing in lukewarm water with detergent before gluing, so that they are freed of mold release residue. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a sharp cutter, not with nippers — the material is hard and brittle and cracks easily. They are glued with cyanoacrylate; cement for plastic has no effect on them. It is advisable to sand wet and with protection of the airways. Bend the etched parts over a metal edge and paint them only after a base coat has been laid on, otherwise the paint will not hold. Do not skimp on the dry test: with accessories the kit itself is often reworked too, not just the part.
