Nakajima B6N2 painting masks and national insignia 1:48 from SX-Art cover the glazing and the national insignia for a model of the Japanese torpedo bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extended set of self-adhesive painting masks for a model of the Japanese carrier-borne torpedo bomber Nakajima B6N2 in 1:48 scale. Besides the glazing frames it also contains masks for the national insignia (the Japanese hinomaru discs), so they can be sprayed in paint instead of using a decal, for a richer and flatter result. It is not a model and not paints, but a painting aid intended for models of this aircraft.
The Nakajima B6N (Allied code name Jill) was a Japanese carrier-borne torpedo bomber, the successor to the B5N. The B6N2 version was the main production form used in the later stage of the war in the Pacific and it carried prominent round insignia on the wings and the fuselage.
Stick both the glazing masks and the insignia masks onto a clean surface, press the edges down and spray in thin coats. On the insignia, spray the base area first, usually white, and then the red. Remove the mask while it is fresh, for a sharp edge.
The paints and the model are not included in the package.
