A multimedia detail set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Eureka XXL for superdetailing the American M3 Lee medium tank and its British Grant version. It is not a kit but a set of upgrading parts. The package combines precisely turned metal barrels, two 75 mm and one 37 mm, scale tow cables of steel wire rope with eyes, and a photo-etched part, a fret, with which you replace the plastic parts from the box by a more faithful rendition.
The M3 Lee was an American medium tank of the early Second World War, characterized by a 75 mm gun in a side sponson and a 37 mm gun in the turret. The British version with a different turret carried the name Grant and proved itself, among other places, in the fighting in North Africa.
The turned barrels replace the plastic parts; they are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Cut the tow cables of steel wire rope to the length needed and fit them with the eyes supplied. Bend the photo-etched parts over an edge or in a bending tool; degrease the metal before painting and prime it.
This is an accessory for a kit, not a complete model. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
