The pirate ship of captain Marshall D. Teach in the form of the collector's kit Grand Ship Collection from Bandai, with a dividable hull and a stand in the form of the surface of the sea.
Responsibility details are not available.
Bandai has issued this piece in its collector's ship line from the world of One Piece. The kit is injected in pre-colored plastic, the parts join by snapping together and neither tools nor glue are needed to finish it. Additional color distinction is handled by the stickers enclosed in the box.
Marshall D. Teach, nicknamed Blackbeard, commands a crew whose flag carries three grinning skulls. The ship is conceived as a heavy battle vessel: a massive stern, high superstructures and armament subordinated to raiding. In the story it is among the most feared vessels of all, and its silhouette is instantly recognizable among followers of the series.
The lower part of the hull can be taken off from the rest, so you choose between the whole vessel and a waterline version. The wave parts enclosed make it possible to set up a scene as though the vessel were forcing its way through the surface. Anyone who wants to go further can knock the gloss off the plastic with matte varnish, bring out the planks of the deck with a dark wash and draw out the fittings with a dry brush.
The goods are sold as an unassembled kit; get paints and glue separately, unless stated otherwise.
