The plastic snap-fit kit MSN-001 Delta Gundam in 1:100 scale (Master Grade) from the maker Bandai. A transformable mecha from the Gundam universe with a change into the Wave Rider flight mode.
Responsibility details are not available.
A licensed plastic kit of the transformable mobile suit MSN-001 Delta Gundam in 1:100 scale from the Master Grade line by Bandai. It is a snap-fit model whose parts click into one another without the need for gluing, and they are molded in colors matching the real subject, so the model makes sense even without being painted. A movable inner frame allows wide articulation and the change from mobile suit mode into the Wave Rider flight mode. Take the exact contents and accessories from the instructions enclosed.
The Delta Gundam is a fictional mobile suit from the Gundam universe. According to the story it came about within the Zeta development program as a transformable machine, but its movable frame did not have enough strength to bear the change. It was therefore finally completed as the non-transformable Hyaku Shiki. The data of the original transformable design survived in the form of a computer simulation, however, and a characteristic slender silhouette and golden coloring are tied to its appearance. In its construction it leads on to the line of the later Delta Plus type.
Carefully nip the parts from the runners with cutters and clean up the remains of the gates; because of the colored plastic, go about the cleaning up gently, so that white scuffs do not arise. The model need not be glued or painted, yet small things will raise the result: bringing out the engraved lines with panel paint (a paneliner), applying the stickers or decals enclosed and unifying the surface with a final top coat in a matte or semi-gloss version. Before buying any paints, check that you will not block the transformation with varnish in the joints; it is better to leave the movable joints free.
The model is supplied unassembled. Thanks to the snap-fit construction and the colored parts, neither glue nor paints are necessary, and they are therefore not part of the box, unless stated otherwise.
