Responsibility details are not available.
A collector figure cast in resin for experienced modelers and figure painters. It represents a French knight from the time of the Battle of Crécy (1346) in the usual collector size of 75 mm. Panzer Art specializes in quality resin figure models; the set is intended for assembly and painting as a display piece.
The Battle of Crécy in 1346 was one of the key encounters of the Hundred Years War between England and France. It became famous for the effectiveness of the English longbows against the French heavy cavalry; the armored knight on horseback was a symbol of warfare of the day, although new tactics were beginning to call its dominance into question. The model captures the period plate and mail armor and the equipment of a knight.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap, so that no mold release agent is left on the surface. Cut the casting blocks and supports off with a sharp scalpel or a fine saw, and never break them off. Sand the marks wet and always with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer; build the metal armor up with metallic shades and a wash, and paint the fabric and any heraldic pattern in layers.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted in resin. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
