Building and painting tips

Cut the parts from the fret with a sharp blade on a hard surface; do not snap them off, because small photo-etched parts twist. Make the bends over a metal edge, not between your fingers. They are bonded with a tiny amount of super glue on the tip of a toothpick. Degrease the parts and apply a primer before painting, because paint does not hold on bare metal. In 1:144 scale work under a magnifier and over a light-colored surface, since a lost part is hard to find.
