Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory set for painting a model of German equipment in a large scale. It contains circular masks in various diameters, laid out irregularly, so that the resulting area does not look like a regular grid. The set is intended for models in 1:16 scale.
Disc camouflage can be done by hand as well, only freehand every circle comes out a little different and, above all, with a bleeding edge. A mask holds the shape for you: the edge is crisp, the diameters are laid out in advance and the area looks the same all over the model. In the large 1:16 scale that tells twice over, because every inaccuracy is visible close up on a large area.
Let the base color dry thoroughly; a mask holds badly on fresh varnish and will tear it off when lifted. Free the surface of dust and grease before applying. Press the mask down with a soft tool over its whole area, above all around the edge, so that paint does not run underneath it. Spray the next shade in thin coats and rather in two passes; a heavy coat forms a ridge at the edge of the mask that stays palpable after it is lifted. Lift the mask while the paint is still freshly dry, using tweezers at a sharp angle to the surface.
The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
