1:9 Ukrainian Soldier 08 closes the numbered eight of the Ukrainian line. It represents an operator of the special forces in a resin casting.
Responsibility details are not available.
Number eight closes the basic numbered group of the Ukrainian line and is at the same time the most suitable standalone display-case piece of it. The figure of an operator of the Omega response unit stands upright, holds the weapon lowered and comes across as calm rather than full of action, so it works well even with no surrounding scene. The material is resin, the format 1:9.
In a figure twenty centimeters tall the face stops being a symbol and becomes a portrait. The flush of the cheeks, the shadow under the cheekbone and the gloss of the eye can be modeled on it, which is work that makes no sense with small toy soldiers. It is similar with the equipment: the straps have a real thickness, the buckles can be brought out and the seams on the trousers only need to be suggested with a thin line of a darker shade.
Stand the finished figure on a base of hard wood or stone that does not compete in color with the uniform. Blacken the lower edge of the boots, so that the figure sits down visually and does not hang above its base. Add the dust and the mud only from the bottom upward and only to the height of the calves, otherwise the clean impression of a collector's piece is lost.
Only the resin casting of the figure is enclosed; neither a base nor paints belong to it.
