The red form of the Pagani Utopia presented in Dubai. A metal model in 1:64, finished, with a base and a transparent cover.
Responsibility details are not available.
The manufactory from Modena shows its cars around the world in colors tailored to the premiere in question. The Dubai form of the Utopia was given a deep red paint which comes out on polished carbon and looks markedly more predatory than the gray premiere version. It is precisely this condition that the miniature captures.
The Utopia stands on a carbon shell, under its cover it has a force-fed twelve-cylinder of six liters and it keeps its weight at around 1280 kilograms. The manufactory prides itself on machined aluminum and titanium parts, which it leaves exposed in the interior and on the exhaust. You will find practically no displays in the car; the instruments are classic ones with needles.
The metal casting is completed by clear glazing and rubber tires, and the small lettering is printed. The body has no moving parts; the whole point is in the precise silhouette and in the paint. The model has a base and a transparent lid of its own, so it can be displayed straight away without dust settling on it. The silhouette with its high cabin dome and rounded rear is more legible in red than on a light paint, because the reflections draw the transitions between the surfaces better. That is exactly why this version tends to be more sought after among collectors than the premiere gray.
