Heihachi Mishima is one of the central characters of the Tekken fighting game series. He heads the Mishima family, around whose disputes the storyline of the whole series turns, and he is one of the faces a fan recognizes at once: a powerful build, a stern expression and an unmistakable hairstyle. That is precisely why he appears in collector's lines again and again.
It is a figure carried in the Game Dimensions line of the Bandai brand. It is a collectible model and figure, that is a piece meant for display. The character stands on its own and needs neither a surrounding scene nor further accessories to hold up on a shelf. Its silhouette is legible even from a distance, which in a case with several figures counts for more than fine detail.
The figure does well in a spot out of direct sunlight. Ultraviolet light yellows light surfaces over time and a faded shade cannot be put right afterwards. Lift dust off with a soft brush; a cloth catches on thin projections and bends them. When carrying the figure, hold it by the torso, not by the limbs or the hair, because the thinnest places bear weight worst. In a case it looks best viewed slightly from above, when both the stance and the expression of the face are visible.
