It is a single-sided mask (it covers the outside of the glazing) in the Express version, for quick and accurate masking of the canopy frames during spraying. It is not a decal or a structural part.
For aircraft modelers who want to spray the canopy framing cleanly without the slow work of cutting tape. The mask is designed for the shape of the glazing of this particular model.
