Responsibility details are not available.
A pre-painted photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for detailing a model of the German Messerschmitt Me 262A-1a jet fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model, but an accessory to a particular plastic kit. The Me 262 was the world's first jet fighter to see combat, and the A-1a version served in the fighter role.
The color-printed etched parts bring an instrument panel and side consoles with dials, the seat harness and other small interior and exterior details. The pre-painted parts speed up the build and raise the fidelity of the cockpit.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard mat and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Shape the bends over the edge of a ruler. Keep excess glue away from the pre-painted panels so that the printing does not cloud over. The set shows to best effect on a model with a visible cockpit.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
