Eduard Bf 110E masks 1:72 is a pre-cut self-adhesive masking set for the model of the German twin-engine Bf 110E heavy fighter. It gives sharp color transitions on the glazing and the wheels. It is not a model but a masking accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This pre-cut self-adhesive Eduard masking set in 1:72 scale is intended for the plastic model of the German Bf 110E heavy fighter. It is neither a kit nor a model in its own right, but a set of accurately shaped masks made of thin yellow masking tape. The masks help to create clean frames for the long glasshouse canopy and to separate the tires from the rims while spraying.
The Messerschmitt Bf 110 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter of the Second World War with a crew of pilot and gunner under a long glazed canopy. It was used as a long-range fighter, a fighter-bomber and a night fighter. The E version served during the war and carried heavy forward gun armament as well as bombs on external racks.
Degrease the glazing before applying the masks and let it dry. Lift the individual masks off the backing with tweezers and lay them on the frames of the canopy, press them into the edges and fill any gaps with a strip of tape. Spray the paint with an airbrush in two thin coats so that it does not run under the edge of a mask. The masks for the wheels separate the tire from the rim. Once the paint has dried, peel the masks off carefully at an acute angle.
The package contains masks only. The model, paints, glue and decals are not included, unless stated otherwise.
