Eduard 1:72 masks Buccaneer S.2B are precisely shaped painting masks for clean spraying of the glazing and the wheels, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of Eduard painting masks in 1:72 scale is a modeling accessory, not an aircraft kit. The masks are cut from yellow kabuki paper and their self-adhesive layer follows the frames of the glazing, and where applicable the rims of the wheels, exactly. They let you paint the canopy with sharp edges without lengthy taping by hand.
The Blackburn Buccaneer S.2B was a British two-seat strike aircraft intended for low-level attacks, originally developed for carrier service with the Royal Navy and later operated by the Royal Air Force as well. It was powered by two jet engines and stood out for a structure strong enough for high-speed flight at low level.
Take the parts off the sheet carefully, lay them precisely on the canopy frames and press them down. Spray the interior or base color first, then the top coat. Take the masks off while the paint is only dry to the touch, so that the edge does not peel. Any adhesive residue can be removed with gentle pressure of a finger.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
