It is a decal set in its own right, not a model of the aircraft - you will use it on a plastic model of the Bf 109 E in the matching scale from any maker.
Why Bulgarian schemes in particular
Bulgarian machines are attractive for modelers because both their national markings and their camouflage set them apart from the German Emils that are commonly built. A model built from an ordinary box thus gains an unusual look with no need for a conversion.
The Bf 109 E was a single-engine all-metal fighter with a liquid-cooled inverted V12 engine, a retractable undercarriage and an enclosed cockpit. The E-3a version came about as an export form of the Emil delivered to foreign users. The Bulgarian Air Force took Messerschmitt Bf 109 E machines into its armament at the beginning of the 1940s and used them for the defense of its airspace and for training fighter pilots. The machines carried Bulgarian national insignia that differed clearly from the German ones.
Decals are applied only onto a finished coat sealed with gloss varnish - on a matte surface a silvery haze forms under the film. Cut the motif out as closely as possible, soak it in warm water and once it comes free of the backing, slide it onto a dampened place. Seating it into engraved lines and over rivets is helped by a decal softener applied with a brush, and the excess water should be drawn off with a paper tissue. Once it is dry and the remains of adhesive have been washed off, seal the whole model with varnish in the chosen degree of gloss.
