New Ware masks C-54D Skymaster 1:72 EXPERT - precisely cut self-adhesive washi (kabuki) masks for the cockpit glazing and further areas, at the EXPERT level (the complete set).
Responsibility details are not available.
Precisely cut self-adhesive painting masks of thin washi (kabuki) tape for a model of the C-54D Skymaster in 1:72 scale. The EXPERT level is the most complete: besides the cockpit glazing including the frames and the inner sides, it also contains masks for the wheel hubs and small items. The masks are stuck on before spraying, protect the glazing and other areas and peel off cleanly once dry. It is not a model but an accessory for painting.
The Douglas C-54D Skymaster is the military transport version of the DC-4 airliner. This four-engine transport became famous among other things in large-scale airlift operations, for example the Berlin Airlift.
Carefully lift the mask off the backing sheet, lay it on a clean surface and press the edges down thoroughly so that no paint creeps under them. Spray thin coats and remove the mask before the paint is completely dry for a sharp edge. Washi tape leaves no adhesive residue when removed.
This is a set of painting masks, not a model. Neither a kit nor paints are included in the package.
