1:72 DB-7 - painting mask for the glazing (Special Mask) is an exactly cut self-adhesive mask of the cockpit frames for models of the Douglas DB-7 light bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of exactly cut self-adhesive masks for the glazing of models of the American light bomber Douglas DB-7 in 1:72 scale. It is not a kit, but a painting aid: the masks follow the shape of the frames of the canopy and the glazing, so that when spraying, the transparent areas stay clear and the frames get a sharp edge of color. Sets of this type usually come with masks for the wheels as well.
The Douglas DB-7 was a twin-engine light bomber and attack aircraft from which the Boston and Havoc series used by the Allies in the Second World War grew. The glazed nose and the cockpit are demanding masking work on a model.
The mask does not hold paints or glue; it serves only for masking while spraying.
