1:72 Douglas OA-4M Skyhawk

Eduard mask for the Douglas OA-4M Skyhawk 1:72

A set of precisely shaped painting masks from the Czech maker Eduard. The masks are cut from thin kabuki masking film and are intended for models of the two-seat Skyhawk in the OA-4M version in 1:72 scale. They serve to paint the canopy framing and the other clear parts quickly and cleanly.

Use

• Lift the masks off carefully with tweezers and stick them onto the glazing frames.
• Press the edges down carefully so that paint does not run under them.
• Paint with an airbrush or a brush and take the masks off once the paint is dry.
• Circular masks for the wheel hubs, for a clean separation of the tire, are usually included as well.

Who the set is for

• Builders of the two-seat OA-4M Skyhawk in 1:72.
• Modelers who want sharp transitions with no hand-outlining.
• Beginners and advanced modelers alike, for whom masking makes the work easier.

This is not a model but a set of painting masks. The kit and paints are not included in the package.
