A photo-etched F-16 boarding ladder 1:72 from the company Eduard. A detail accessory for models of the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched set for assembling a boarding ladder, not a kit. It serves as an accessory for models of the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft in 1:72 scale. The faithfully shaped ladder hung on the side of the cockpit is a popular element of dioramas and scenes on the airfield apron, which give a model a story and a sense of scale.
The F-16 uses a removable boarding ladder hung over the edge of the cockpit, because the aircraft has no built-in system of steps. A model with the ladder out and the canopy open comes across more lively and is rewarding for parking scenes. The photo-etched rendering captures the lattice structure far more faithfully than plastic.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, bend the individual rungs and side rails precisely over an edge and strengthen the joints with a drop of super glue. Degrease the assembled ladder, give it a primer and paint it according to the particular machine. Mind the right angles, so that the ladder stands straight.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
