A color 3D interior decal from Quinta Studio in 1:72 scale on backing decal paper. The detail is printed on a flexible film with real relief, so the large-area display, the side consoles and the controls of the modern cockpit look three-dimensional even in this small scale. The colors and the labels are pre-printed, so painting the interior is not necessary.
The F-35 Lightning II is an American fifth-generation multirole fighter with low-observable features and extensive sensor equipment. The F-35A version is the conventional variant for normal takeoff and landing, intended for land-based air forces. Its cockpit is characterized by a large touchscreen panoramic display in place of conventional grouped instruments.
Cut the part out of the sheet, soak it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the backing paper into place. The parts have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on a gloss coat such as Future or Klear, or Tamiya X-22; on complex areas a drop of super glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals attack the printed resin. In 1:72 scale it pays to work with a fine tool and in good light.
The set contains the interior 3D decals only. The plastic kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
