An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Sd.Kfz.251 armored half-track in the /4 version in 1:72 scale from the Polish manufacturer First to Fight. A model in this small scale offers an easy build and is popular with collectors of Second World War vehicles and with wargamers. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Sd.Kfz.251 was the standard German armored half-track, which served in many specialized variants. The /4 version was adapted as a tractor for artillery pieces and for carrying their crews and ammunition. The combination of a wheeled front end and tracked running gear gave the vehicle good cross-country ability.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic. In a small scale we recommend taking care over clean joints and fine sanding. Apply a primer before painting, lay the base shade (dark yellow or gray, for example) on with an airbrush, and finish the camouflage and markings according to the scheme you have chosen. Bring out the running gear and the surface with a wash and pigments for a dusty effect.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
