Brengun 1:72 - a photo-etched detail set for the Gotha G.IV and G.V bomber is a metal photo-etched set that adds fine parts to a model of the First World War twin-engine bomber. Target kit: Roden.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched (PE) metal detail set, not an aircraft model. The set is intended to improve plastic models of the German twin-engine bomber Gotha G.IV and G.V of the First World War in 1:72 scale. It adds elements that injection-molded plastic cannot capture finely enough in this scale. The fret is prepared for the Roden kit.
The Gotha G.IV and G.V were heavy twin-engine bombers of the German Empire used in 1917 and 1918, among other things for raids on Great Britain. They were distinguished by their great span, the tandem arrangement of the crew positions and their truss structure.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife or etch shears on a cutting surface and make the bends in a photo-etch bending tool. Glue with thin cyanoacrylate glue or with UV glue; apply a primer to the metal before painting.
This is a supplementary photo-etched set, not a model. A matching base kit is needed for the build; glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
