The 1:72 Hawker Hunter T.7 Two Seaters decal sheet from the British manufacturer Xtradecal is focused on the two-seat training versions of the Hunter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a decal sheet in 1:72 scale from the British brand Xtradecal, that is an accessory for a kit and not a model. The subject is the two-seat training versions of the Hawker Hunter jet. The particular number of schemes, the units and the serial numbers are given on the packaging and in the instructions supplied with the sheet.
The Hawker Hunter was a British transonic jet with a swept wing that became one of the most widespread types of the post-war British aviation industry and served in a number of other countries as well. The T.7 version is the two-seat training variant, in which the forward fuselage was widened so that pupil and instructor sat side by side. That gave it a characteristically bulbous nose with a markedly different silhouette from the single-seat combat versions, which is a significant difference both for the builder of a model and for the placement of the markings.
The Hunter has a smooth fuselage of circular section, and longer decals, for example unit bands or lettering along the sides, have to bend in two directions at once on it. Work from the center toward the edges, press the water out from under the decal with a soft brush or a dampened tissue and never with a dry finger. If the film starts to ripple, let it rest and dampen it again instead of pulling at it. On strongly curved places it helps to go over the sheet with a softener once it is settled.
A decal sheet is an accessory. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
