MASTER 1:72 late type cannons for the Hawker Typhoon Mk IB are turned metal barrels with covered muzzles (4 pieces) replacing the plastic cannons on a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of accurate turned metal barrels from MASTER in 1:72 scale, representing the late type of cannons with covered barrels (4 pieces) for a model of the Hawker Typhoon Mk IB. It is not a model of an aircraft but a refining accessory replacing the plastic barrels from the base kit.
The Hawker Typhoon was a British single-engine fighter bomber of the Second World War, famous for its hard-hitting attacks on ground targets. The Mk IB version carried four 20 mm cannons in the wings. The late form with covered barrels matches the later production machines.
The metal barrels are cut cleanly from the carrier and glued with cyanoacrylate into the leading edge of the wing. Metal holds paint better once a base coat is applied. Fitting belongs among the last steps of the build, so that the fine barrels are not damaged.
This is an accessory, not an aircraft kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
