A finished collector model of the German Jagdtiger heavy tank destroyer in 1:72 scale. It is neither assembled nor painted by you: unpack it and it goes straight into a display case.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Jagdtiger was the heaviest tracked fighting vehicle to reach series production in the Second World War. It was built on the lengthened chassis of the Tiger II heavy tank in such a way that instead of a rotating turret it received a fixed armored superstructure, and into it a 128 mm gun. That gun could knock out an opponent at a range the Allied tanks could not reach, and the frontal armor of the superstructure was practically impenetrable. The price was a weight of around seventy tons: the suspension and the gearbox were permanently overloaded, fuel consumption was enormous and breakdowns frequent. A number of machines ended up abandoned and destroyed by their own crews rather than in combat. Only a few dozen were built.
The model is finished and painted. You need no glue, no paints and no tools, and you do not have to deal with building it.
Pick the model up by the hull, not by the gun barrel and not by the exhausts, which are the thinnest and most vulnerable parts. Take dust off with a soft brush or a blower, and use no damp cloth and no cleaning products. In a display case, direct sunlight does it no good, as it gradually shifts the shade of the paint.
For collectors of military equipment who are building a 1:72 scale series, and for modelers as a reference piece alongside their own work. The model is supplied finished, so you need no paints and no glue for it. A display case is not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
