1:72 Lavochkin La-5F open

Lavochkin La-5F masking set, open canopy 1:72 (Peewit)

Self-adhesive masks in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Peewit for a model of the Soviet Lavochkin La-5F fighter. This version is prepared for a build with the canopy open — the masks cover the frames of the fixed and the sliding part of the glazing in the slid-back position.

The real subject

The La-5F was an uprated fighter with a strengthened M-82F radial engine. The type of the Second World War period excelled in climb and agility and was among the most widespread Soviet fighters of the middle phase of the war.

Use

• transfer the masks onto the glazing in the open position and press them down
• spray the color of the frames and remove the masks once dry
• they let you display the cockpit realistically with the canopy slid back
• the material peels off without residue

Who the set is for

For modelers building the La-5F in 1:72 scale with the cockpit displayed in the open position.

This is a masking accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit and the paints are not included in the package.
