An injection-molded plastic kit of the American M3 Lee medium tank in 1:72 scale from Mirage Hobby. The model is intended to be glued and painted.
The M3 was an American medium tank from the start of the Second World War. It stood out for an unusual layout of its armament: the 75 mm gun sat in a side sponson of the hull, while a smaller 37 mm gun sat in a rotating turret. The Lee configuration had a taller turret with a machine gun cupola. The tank served with American and Allied units until more modern types replaced it.
Assemble the running gear and the hull first, then the sponson with the gun and the turret. We recommend an olive shade picked out with a wash and a dry brush. Weather the running gear with dust and mud before the final assembly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
