A mask for spraying the canopy of the Mitsubishi A6M5 Reisen in 1:72 scale from the maker Dead Design. The die-cut segments follow the division of the Zero's glazing and secure sharp lines on the frames even in a small scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A precisely die-cut masking template for spraying the frames of the canopy of the fighter Mitsubishi A6M5 Reisen (Zero) in 1:72 scale. The divided glazing of the Zero is one of the most demanding masking tasks in a small scale - with finished segments you will manage it quickly and with the certainty of a clean result.
The A6M5 was the most numerous version of the famous Japanese carrier-based fighter Reisen, deployed from 1943 on all the battlefields of the Pacific. Against the older versions it was given a reworked wing with a shorter span and exhaust pipes with a thrust effect. It is one of the most frequently modeled Japanese aircraft of all, so the mask is worth keeping in stock by every builder of Japanese machines.
Degrease the clear part before application. Transfer the small segments with pointed tweezers, line them up along the frames and press the edges down thoroughly. Spray the interior shade first and then the external camouflage color in light layers. Once it has dried, take the mask off carefully with a pull at a sharp angle - the lines of the frames will stay perfectly sharp.
A masking accessory - the kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
