An item from a range of figures in 1:72 scale tied to the MJ-1 loading truck. Made for airfield scenes with aircraft models of the same scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The truck designated MJ-1 serves American ground personnel for moving aerial bombs around an airfield and for lifting them under an aircraft's pylons. On the ramp there is always somebody around it: the driver, a munitions technician, someone securing the load. Without these figures even nicely built equipment stays merely an object on display.
This is an item from a range of figures in 1:72 scale tied to the MJ-1 truck. The extent of the package and the poses of the figures are given by the manufacturer in the instructions. 1:72 is the most widespread aircraft scale, so the figures can be used with practically any ramp scene: an adult in them measures roughly 24 mm.
Wash the surface of the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent before painting and let it dry. Cut surplus material and traces of production off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the area with fine sandpaper. It is good to paint the figures before you seat them on a base, because afterward you will no longer reach them so easily. Apply the paint thinly and let it dry thoroughly between coats.
For a modeler who is building an airfield scene in the most common aircraft scale and wants people in it. Paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
