Eduard 1:72 North American AJ-1 Savage is a color photo-etched detail set for refining the interior of a model of this American carrier bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched detail set from Eduard in 1:72 scale for a model of the American AJ-1 Savage carrier attack bomber. The set contains both color and bare photo-etched parts and typically offers the instrument panel, the seat belts and other fine cockpit features. It is not a model but an accessory that refines a plastic model sold separately.
The AJ-1 Savage was an American carrier bomber of the turn of the 1940s and 1950s, developed to carry a heavy load from the decks of aircraft carriers. It was powered by a combination of two piston engines and an auxiliary jet engine in the rear fuselage.
The color photo-etched parts (the instrument panel, the belts) are pre-printed and need no finishing; separate them with a knife and glue them with a small drop of super glue. The bare parts can be sprayed once fitted. Degrease the surfaces before gluing.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
