Eduard: masks for the national insignia of the P-51D Mustang (1:72)

This set of precisely die-cut self-adhesive masks on masking film makes it possible to spray the American national insignia (a star in a circle with bars at the sides) directly in paint, without using decals. The result blends with the surface, creates no edge of film, does not silver and takes subsequent weathering better. It is neither a kit nor a decal; it is an aid to painting for models of the P-51D Mustang in 1:72 scale.

Use

• stick the mask onto the relevant spot, spray the lower layer with the base color of the insignia and then with the main color
• for multicolored insignia, masking and spraying are done step by step in layers
• once dry, take the mask off carefully; the edges are crisp and exact
