Eduard 1:72 P-3C Orion are die-cut painting masks for precise masking of the cabin glazing and the other transparent parts of the model of the maritime patrol aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely die-cut painting masks from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:72 scale. It is NOT a model but an accessory for modelers: self-adhesive masks of kabuki tape that cover the cabin glazing and other clear areas while spraying. Thanks to them the glazing frames come out straight and sharp without laborious hand masking.
The Lockheed P-3 Orion is a maritime patrol and antisubmarine aircraft derived from the Electra airliner. It is powered by four turboprop engines and excels in long endurance over the sea. The P-3C version served with the US Navy and with a number of other countries and carried extensive search and reconnaissance equipment.
The masks are die-cut to the shape of a particular kit in this scale. Lift the piece off the sheet, lay it on the glazing and press the edges down with a pointed stick along the engraved lines. Spray the frame color and peel the mask off. Kabuki tape holds well and leaves no adhesive.
This is a set of masks, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
