This set from the manufacturer Quinta Studio contains colored 3D cockpit interior decals for models of the American P-40M Warhawk fighter in 1:72 scale. The elements are printed on a backing decal paper, they have a real three-dimensional relief and accurate coloring including the dial faces of the instruments.
The part is cut off the sheet, soaked for about fifteen seconds in lukewarm water and slid off the backing paper into place, which in the small 1:72 scale speeds the work up greatly. The elements have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on a gloss clear coat (Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22); on complex surfaces a drop of super glue helps, and on a matte surface the element will not hold.
Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as their chemicals attack the printed resin. The enclosed 3D-printed resin parts are bonded with super glue.
