An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from RPM. The subject is a captured French Hotchkiss light tank taken into German service under the designation Panzerkampfwagen 38 H 735(f). The model is supplied on sprues for assembly and painting. The exact contents of the package and the marking options are stated on the box of the edition.
After the campaign of 1940 the German army took over large numbers of captured French Hotchkiss light tanks and put them into service under its own designation. The vehicles were used for second-line duties, for training, for rear-area security and for garrison service in the occupied territories. Some of them were later converted for other purposes.
Use liquid cement for plastic and carefully clean up the seams on the cast surfaces and the running gear. Finish the running gear and the interior before you close the hull. A primer and an airbrush are a good choice; captured vehicles in German service usually carried plain gray or later dark yellow finishes with German markings. Fine-tune the weathering with a wash and with dust and mud pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
