IBG models 1:72 Polish Air Force Pilot 1939 is a 3D-printed figure of a pilot of the Polish Air Force from the beginning of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This 3D-printed resin figure captures a pilot of the Polish Air Force in 1939. It serves as an accessory for aircraft models or for aviation dioramas in 1:72 scale; it is not an airplane kit but a standalone figure. The fine 3D print renders the details of period flying kit faithfully.
In September 1939 the Polish Air Force faced German superiority in numbers. Pilots then wore distinctive leather or fabric kit, a helmet and goggles. That is the scene the figure recalls, and it helps bring a setting around the aircraft of the Polish campaign to life.
Carefully separate the figure from the print supports and sand any marks down lightly with respiratory protection. Apply a primer suited to resin and then paint in layers; the small scale calls for a fine brush and varied shades for the kit. A fine wash in the folds of the clothing will bring out the color transitions.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
