An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf.C light tank in 1:72 scale from First to Fight. The kit is laid out as an easy build, with a small number of parts and clear instructions, so that even beginners will manage it.
The Panzer II was a German light tank that at the start of the Second World War made up a significant part of the German armored forces. The Ausf.C version was one of the early production variants with improved running gear and a turret with a 20 mm autocannon supplemented by a machine gun. The Panzer II served for reconnaissance and for direct support and was used in the campaigns of 1939 to 1941.
The model is laid out for building without glue, but you can secure the joints with a drop of cement for plastic. Spray the model with a primer before painting. The early German gray comes into its own with light lightening of the surfaces and a wash into the detail, while weathering and dust pigments bring the running gear to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
