A detailed injection-molded plastic kit of the T-90A main battle tank in 1:72 scale from Vespid Models. The kit combines well-shaped plastic parts with fine 3D-printed accessories, photo-etch and a metal tow cable. The tracks are done by the link-and-length method. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The T-90A is the updated version of the Russian T-90 tank, distinguished by its welded turret (unlike the cast turret of the original T-90). The vehicle carries composite and reactive armor, a 125 mm gun and active protection systems. It entered service in the first half of the 21st century and became one of the mainstays of the armored units.
Before gluing, clean any remains of the supports off the 3D-printed parts; it is best to glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), while the plastic parts are joined with modeling cement for plastic. Finish the running gear and the detail before closing the hull. Primer, an airbrush and, for the weathering, washes and pigments for mud and dust effects are all advisable.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
