This is an accessory for a model of a vehicle in 1:72 scale. The designation ver. C distinguishes one of the variants within the range, but the name itself does not say what kind of part it is or which machine it belongs to. Before buying, therefore, it pays to compare the extent of the set against the manufacturer's instructions and against the subject you are building.
The parts are not polystyrene, so they are glued with cyanoacrylate glue, for which an ordinary modeling glue is not enough. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and carefully sand the remainder, so that the face that meets the model seats without a gap. In 1:72 scale the parts are small, so work over a light-colored mat and with tweezers, because a dropped piece is hopeless to look for on a carpet.
Before painting, wash and degrease the parts, otherwise the paint will not hold on the surface. Start with a base paint that unifies the surface and cover in thin coats, because a heavy coat clogs detail in a small scale. A final varnish protects the finished spot and at the same time unifies the gloss of the whole model.
The set is for modelers of small scales who look their subject up themselves and do not mind working with small parts. A model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
