A colored photo-etched set from the Czech maker Eduard from the Zoom range, aimed at the cockpit and the most visible parts of the interior of a plastic model of the four-engine Short Sunderland Mk.V flying boat in 1:72 scale. Most of the parts are pre-painted and self-adhesive. It is not an aircraft kit or a finished model, but a quick interior accessory.
The Zoom set brings colored instrument panels, side consoles, a seat harness and other details of the cockpit. Unlike the more extensive interior set it concentrates on what is most visible, which is a quick route to a marked improvement without much work with bare parts.
Separate the pre-painted self-adhesive parts from the fret carefully and lay them in place, or fix them with a small drop of cyanoacrylate glue. Fit the panels before the fuselage is closed, while the access is good. Painting most of the parts is not needed.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
