Injection-molded plastic figure set Soviet Headquarters 1941-1943 in 1:72 scale from Zvezda: a Soviet command staff of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of small figures of a Soviet command staff in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. The box holds four figures in four different poses that capture staff officers planning and directing combat operations. The set is ideal as an addition to dioramas and Eastern Front battlefields in a small scale.
The set represents a command staff of the Red Army from the first years of the Eastern Front, that is from the period 1941 to 1943. Staff officers commanded their units from rear posts, planned movements and coordinated fire. The figures fill out scenes with command posts, maps and signals equipment.
In 1:72 scale the parts are very small, so cut and glue them carefully, ideally with cement for plastic and with the help of tweezers. Clean up the parting lines. Apply a primer before painting; bring out the Soviet uniforms with dry-brushing and a fine wash that pulls out the detail. Small figures break easily, so handle them carefully once varnished.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
