A plastic snap-fit set of figures of Soviet medical personnel in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. The box contains four small figures and a base with a flag; the parts join without glue. The set belongs to the Art of Tactic game system and is at the same time a rewarding addition to dioramas.
The figures capture Soviet medical personnel of 1941 to 1942, that is, the first period of the war on the Eastern Front. Medics treated and carried the wounded right in the field, and a bag of dressings and a stretcher went with the job. The set brings rear-area and front-line scenes to life where ordinary combat figures are not enough.
The snap-fit parts only need to be joined, and you can secure them with a drop of glue to be safe. Paint the uniforms in muted khaki tones and bring out the medical markings and the dressings with a contrasting color and a fine brush. In 1:72 concentrate on a clean overall impression.
The set is snap-fit (the parts join without glue), but it is supplied unpainted. Paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
