T-26B 1:72 from S-model is a plastic kit of the Soviet light tank; the package holds two quick-build models.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet T-26B model 1933 light tank in 1:72 scale from S-model. The package holds two identical models in a quick-build form, complemented by a photo-etched fret and turned metal barrels. The kit captures the single-turret version with a cylindrical turret and a 45 mm gun.
The T-26 was the most widespread Soviet light tank of the 1930s, derived from the British Vickers pattern. The single-turret T-26B version carried a 45 mm gun and a machine gun in its cylindrical turret and became the backbone of the Soviet armored forces at the start of the Second World War. A number of machines ended up in captured service with Finland, Germany and other armies.
Thanks to the quick-build form this is a rewarding kit even for less experienced modelers or for building as a pair. Degrease the metal barrel before gluing and glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. An airbrush suits the Soviet green; you will complete the wear with edge rubbing, washes and dust pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
