Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Polish experimental TK-D self-propelled gun in 1:72 scale from RPM. It is supplied as an unassembled kit with a decal sheet. The TK-D was created by converting a tankette and carries a 47 mm gun in an open superstructure.
The TK-D was a Polish prototype self-propelled gun of the early 1930s, derived from the chassis of the TK-3 tankette. It carried a 47 mm gun in an open body. Only four were built and they served mainly for trials and training; reportedly they were issued to a training center and committed to the defense in 1939. It is a rare curiosity of Polish interwar equipment and a popular one among modelers.
Assemble the running gear and the tracks first, then the open superstructure with the gun. Glue with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the small parts. The open fighting compartment rewards accentuation with a wash and dry brushing; finish the tracks and the lower hull with dust pigments and a hint of mud.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
