An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Vickers E light tank in the Mk A version with a pair of turrets, in 1:72 scale from Mirage Hobby. The package holds plastic parts and a decal sheet; the model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Vickers E, also known as the Vickers 6-ton, was a British export light tank of the interwar period. The characteristic feature of the Mk A version was two separate turrets side by side, each with a machine gun. The tank was exported to many countries and became the design pattern for a range of later light tanks.
Assemble and paint both turrets and the running gear with an eye to the correct shades of interwar finishes. Cut the small parts off carefully and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. An airbrushed coat, detail picked out with a wash and light weathering with pigments will support the look.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
