Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Xabungle machine, that is of the title machine of the whole Walker Machine range, in 1:72 scale by the Japanese firm Hasegawa. It is a robotic machine with a crew; the 1:72 scale is markedly larger than that of the large craft of the same range, which the manufacturer offers in 1:500, and it allows considerably more detail to be worked in.
The subject is a walking machine designated Xabungle, after which the whole model range is named. Anyone building the whole range will appreciate that the manufacturer also issues further machines and forms, so a collection can be extended step by step.
Robotic machines have a lot of mold seams in places where the seams are visible. Fill and sand them after gluing, before painting. Apply the paint over a primer in thin coats, so that the engraved lines and riveting are not lost. Bringing out the engraving with a panel line wash and gentle dry brushing of the edges will give the model its three-dimensional quality. Try the jointed and movable parts dry, so that you decide on a pose before the paint goes on. Mask the cabin glazing precisely and glue it on at the end, so that it does not cloud.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
